Polypropylene (PP)

Lightweight (density: 0.9g/cm³), high-temperature resistant (100-120°C), fatigue-resistant

Polyethylene (PE)

Impact-resistant, chemically corrosion-resistant, non-toxic; divided into high-density polyethylene (HDPE) and low-density polyethylene (LDPE)

Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC)

Flame-retardant, good weather resistance; divided into rigid PVC (R-PVC) and flexible PVC (S-PVC)

Polystyrene (PS)

Good transparency, easy to color, high rigidity, but brittle

ABS

High rigidity, impact-resistant, easy to process (platable), good surface gloss.

Polycarbonate (PC)

Ultra-high impact strength ("bulletproof plastic"), good transparency (light transmittance: over 90%), temperature resistant (-40~130°C).

Polyamide (PA, Nylon)

High strength, wear-resistant, good oil resistance; divided into PA6, PA66, PA12, etc.

Polybutylene Terephthalate (PBT)

High-temperature resistant (continuous use at 120-150°C), good weather resistance, excellent electrical insulation

Polyoxymethylene (POM, Delrin)

High rigidity, wear-resistant, good dimensional stability

Polyether Ether Ketone (PEEK)

Ultra-high temperature resistant (continuous use at 260°C, short-term use at over 300°C), chemically corrosion-resistant, good biocompatibility

Polyimide (PI)

Top-tier temperature resistance (long-term use at over 300°C), radiation-resistant, excellent insulation

Polyphenylene Sulfide (PPS)

Flame-retardant (UL94 V-0 rating), acid and alkali resistant, damp and heat resistant
