CNC Milling |One-Stop Solutions for Intermediaries
At FORMEXFABTECH, we specialize in CNC milling, a precise machining technique that allows for the creation of intricate parts from a variety of materials.
This process involves securing a stationary workpiece while rotating cutting tools shape, drill, or contour it along multiple axes, ensuring high levels of accuracy and consistency. As an intermediary, choosing our CNC milling services brings numerous advantages:

Typical characteristics of milled parts
What CNC milling machines do you operate?
- We run 3‑, 4‑ and 5‑axis vertical machining centers, high‑speed mills, and palletized systems for medium‑to‑high volume production.
What file types do you need for a quote?
- STEP or IGES preferred; 2D DWG/PDF drawings with full dimensions, tolerances, material spec, surface finish, and target quantity also work.
What tolerances can you hold?
- Typical tolerances ±0.01 mm; tighter tolerances (±0.005 mm or better) achievable with special fixtures and inspection plans—confirm per feature.
What inspection and QA do you perform?
CMM, optical measurement, surface roughness testers, 100% visual inspection where needed, FAI/PPAP, SPC and full material traceability.
What is your MOQ?
- Yes — options include welding, powder coat, electroplating, anodizing, passivation, sandblasting, and assembly; quoted separately.
How do you package and ship precision parts?
- Protective packaging, foam trays or custom cavities, desiccants/VCI for corrosion protection, and export documentation (DDP/CIF options available).
How do I get a quote?
- Upload STEP/IGES or detailed drawings, state material, finish, tolerance, quantity and required lead time; we’ll provide a quote and DFM feedback.
