SLM (Selective Laser Melting), an advanced metal additive manufacturing technique that produces fully dense, high-performance metal parts by melting fine metal powders layer-by-layer with a high-power fiber laser.
A thin layer of metal powder (e.g., 316L stainless steel, Ti6Al4V titanium, AlSi10Mg aluminum) is evenly spread across the build platform. The laser then melts and fuses the powder completely according to your 3D design, forming a fully solid, dense part with mechanical properties comparable to wrought materials.

What FDM 3D printers do you operate?
- We run industrial-grade FDM 3D printers with large build volumes, multi-material capability, and high-temperature nozzles for engineering-grade filaments.
What file types do you need for a quote?
- STEP, STL, IGES, or solid model files are preferred. We also accept common CAD formats such as SolidWorks, Creo, or Inventor files.
What tolerances can we hold?
- Typical dimensional accuracy of ±0.1–0.3 mm, depending on part size, geometry, and material.
What is your MOQ?
- No minimum order quantity — we support one-off prototypes, low-volume batches, and larger production runs.
How do you package and ship 3D printed parts?

Parts are carefully cleaned, deburred, and protected with foam/cardboard packaging to prevent damage during transit. We ship worldwide via express or sea freight.
