One-Stop Solutions for Durable Functional Parts
SLS 3D printing (Selective Laser Sintering), an industrial additive manufacturing process that creates strong, functional parts by sintering powdered materials with a high-power laser.
A thin layer of polymer powder (e.g., Nylon/PA, TPU) is spread across the build platform, then selectively fused layer-by-layer by a CO₂ laser according to your design. Unused powder acts as natural support, enabling complex geometries without additional support structures. Common materials include PA12, PA11, TPU, and glass-filled nylon.

Typical characteristics of 3D Printed Parts
What FDM 3D printers do you operate?
- We run industrial-grade FDM 3D printers with large build volumes, multi-material capability, and high-temperature nozzles for engineering-grade filaments.
What file types do you need for a quote?
- STEP, STL, IGES, or solid model files are preferred. We also accept common CAD formats such as SolidWorks, Creo, or Inventor files.
What tolerances can we hold?
- Typical dimensional accuracy of ±0.1–0.3 mm, depending on part size, geometry, and material.
What is your MOQ?
- No minimum order quantity — we support one-off prototypes, low-volume batches, and larger production runs.
How do you package and ship 3D printed parts?
-
Parts are carefully cleaned, deburred, and protected with foam/cardboard packaging to prevent damage during transit. We ship worldwide via express or sea freight.
-
Do you provide confidentiality for my designs?
Yes. All customer files and projects are treated with strict confidentiality. We can sign NDAs and ensure your intellectual property is protected throughout the process.
