3D PRINTING SERVICE

One-Stop Solutions for Prototyping Parts

At FORMEXFABTECH, we specialize in SLA 3D printing, a high-resolution additive manufacturing technique that produces accurate, smooth-surface prototypes and functional parts using liquid photopolymer resins cured by UV light.

Liquid resin is selectively cured layer-by-layer by a UV laser along a predefined path, solidifying each cross-section to build your part with fine detail and precision. Common materials include standard resins, engineering resins, castable resins, and high-temperature resistant resins.
  • High Precision & Fine Detail
  • Smooth Surface Finish
  • Wide Range of Resin Materials
  • Fast Turnaround for Complex Prototypes

Typical characteristics of 3D Printed Parts

01.

Functional geometries

custom shapes, hollow structures, living hinges, snap fits, and planar/complex features.

02.

Complex & organic 3D forms

curved surfaces, overhangs, freeform shapes, and intricate internal geometries.
03.

Variety of hole & feature types

through holes, blind holes, tapped inserts, custom cutouts, and internal channels.

04.

Surface finish range

from as-printed layer lines to smooth post-processed finishes (typical Ra 1.6–6.3 μm; finer with sanding, polishing or coating).

05.

Ready for secondary operations

painting, gluing, machining, heat-set inserts, and assembly.
What FDM 3D printers do you operate?
  • We run industrial-grade FDM 3D printers with large build volumes, multi-material capability, and high-temperature nozzles for engineering-grade filaments.
What file types do you need for a quote?
  • STEP, STL, IGES, or solid model files are preferred. We also accept common CAD formats such as SolidWorks, Creo, or Inventor files.
What tolerances can we hold?
  • Typical dimensional accuracy of ±0.1–0.3 mm, depending on part size, geometry, and material.
What is your MOQ?
  • No minimum order quantity — we support one-off prototypes, low-volume batches, and larger production runs.
How do you package and ship 3D printed parts?
  • Parts are carefully cleaned, deburred, and protected with foam/cardboard packaging to prevent damage during transit. We ship worldwide via express or sea freight.

  •
Do you provide confidentiality for my designs?

Yes. All customer files and projects are treated with strict confidentiality. We can sign NDAs and ensure your intellectual property is protected throughout the process.
