Surface Finishing:LOGO Laser Engraving

Laser Engraving logo factory
Laser engraving is a non-contact, precision surface processing technology that uses a high-energy laser beam to ablate, melt, or change the color of the material surface, thereby forming permanent marks, patterns, or textures.

Compared with traditional processing methods such as mechanical engraving and chemical etching, it boasts advantages like high precision, fast speed, no tool wear, and minimal damage to materials, making it widely applied in 3C electronics, automotive parts, medical devices, jewelry, and other industries.

Laser engraving processes

are mainly classified based on laser types and processing principles, with three common categories:

1. Fiber Laser Engraving:

Using fiber lasers, it is suitable for metal materials (such as aluminum alloy, stainless steel, copper) and some non-metallic materials. It features high energy density, fast processing speed, and excellent engraving durability. It is widely used for marking serial numbers, QR codes, and logos on metal parts.

2. UV Laser Engraving:

Adopting ultraviolet lasers, it has a short wavelength and focuses on a small spot. It can process delicate materials such as plastic, glass, ceramic, and semiconductor without causing thermal damage to the material surface. It is often used for fine marking on electronic components and medical devices.

3. CO₂ Laser Engraving:

Utilizing CO₂ lasers, it is mainly used for non-metallic materials like wood, leather, acrylic, paper, and fabric. It achieves material removal or color change through thermal decomposition, and is commonly applied in customized patterns on cultural and creative products, and text marking on packaging materials.

.

Laser color marking (also called laser color engraving) uses controlled laser energy to induce chemical or physical changes on the material surface, forming permanent, high-contrast color patterns without inks or coatings.
